        GA Floor Entry Map.png

To eliminate the need for guests with General Admission (GA) Floor tickets to stand in line for extended periods of time, Taco Bell Arena has developed the following process.

CHECKLIST FOR EARLY WRISTBANDING:

1. Early Line-Up and wristbanding begins at 9:00am at Entrance 3.

2. Temporary Parking for those coming on-site to secure a wristband is available in the Arena Lot, outside Entrance 2. Parking Staff can direct you.

3. After Parking, make your way to Entrance 3. Please have your General Admission (GA) Floor Ticket accessible (via print at home, in your ticketmaster app, etc.)

4. Provide the Taco Bell Arena staff at Entrance 3 with your verified GA Floor ticket.

5. Upon verification of the GA Floor ticket, a staff member will secure a numbered wristband to your LEFT wrist.

6. Once you have a numbered wristband, you may leave. NO need to wait on-site all day!
(wristbands given out in numeric order, starting with #1)

7. MAKE SURE TO ARRIVE BACK ON-SITE AT ENTRANCE 3 BEFORE 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE POSTED DOOR TIME.
At 1 hour prior to doors, guests who have secured wristbands in advance will order themselves outside Entrance 3 starting with number 1 (with assistance from staff).

8. When doors open, pre-numbered guests will be allowed entry first. Once pre-numbered guests are in the venue, entry will begin for remaining ticketed guests.

* Guests arriving on-site within 1 hour before doors (who did not obtain a wristband earlier in the day) will be able to line-up at Entrance 3 and let in directly after pre-banded guests.

FULL POLICY RULES:

  • Parking for guests participating in this process will be consistent with all event parking at Boise State University. Starting at 9:00 am, the cordoned off accessible/VIP parking area in the West Stadium will be made available on a first come, first served basis as very short-term parking for guests that want to get their wristbands and leave. If guests plan to stay in line, they must park outside of the reserved areas and pay the kiosk hourly rate until the lots open to the public one hour prior to doors. Note – as event parking permits purchased with a ticket are valid starting one hour prior to doors, these permits will not be honored for this process.
  • The GA line will form at Entry 3 on the southwest corner of Taco Bell Arena.  Entering the GA line indicates the guest’s agreement to abide by Taco Bell Arena and Boise State University policies and procedures. Note – the GA floor ticket line location is subject to change on an event-by-event basis.

  • Starting at 9:00 am day of show, guests will bring proof of their GA floor ticket purchase (hard ticket, print at home ticket, mobile ticket, etc.) to Entry 3. Guests arriving earlier than 9:00 am will be turned away.

  • Upon verification of the event ticket, the ticket holder will have a numbered wristband secured to his/her left wrist. Each ticket holder must be present for this process. Numbered wristbands will be issued in sequential order throughout the day until the GA capacity is exhausted. Wristbands will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

  • Once the wristband is issued, the guest may remain in line or leave the Arena. Guests must return and line up at Entry 3, in sequential order via the number on their wristband, no later than one hour prior to scheduled door time.  The order of entrance into the Arena will be based upon the number on the guest’s wristband.

  • Guests are permitted to have a reasonable amount of food and non-alcoholic beverages while in line. However, no outside food or beverages will be allowed into the Arena.

  • Please be respectful of other guests in line – no running, pushing or line jumping, alcohol, smoking, drugs or glass containers, horseplay or unsafe behavior, profanity, tailgating, open flames or barbeques, selling of tickets, wristbands, concessions or merchandise or animals (except service animals).

  • For your safety, all guests entering the Arena are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection and bag inspection conducted by Arena security personnel. The following items are prohibited from entering the building: backpacks, folding chairs, outside food and beverages, weapons of any kind, wallet chains, pepper spray/mace, alcohol, cameras with detachable lenses, video recording equipment, audio recording equipment, laser pointers, fireworks, iPads, GoPros, selfie-sticks, glow sticks, glass bottles, plastic bottles, cans, artificial noisemakers or anything that can be deemed a threat to public safety regardless of permit.  Any person with these items found within the venue during the event may be subject to ejection from the venue without refund.
