Parking and Shuttle Service

Click Here for an interactive Boise State University campus map. Taco Bell Arena encourages patrons to allow at least 45 minutes to park and access Taco Bell Arena. University Drive will be open to through traffic to the Stadium lots, parking along University Drive will be restricted in certain locations due to a United Water project.

Patrons who pre-purchase reserved parking should show the parking attendant your reserved event parking pass and then display prominently on the driver’s side dash.

• Patrons who have purchased West Stadium reserved event parking passes should enter campus from Broadway Ave. turn west on Cesar Chavez Ln.
• Patrons who have purchased East Stadium reserved event parking passes should enter campus from Broadway Ave. turn west on University Dr.
• Patrons who have purchased Lincoln Avenue Garage reserved event parking passes should enter campus from Beacon St., turning north on Lincoln Ave, right on Belmont St.

For patrons who did not pre-purchase parking. A parking fee will be collected as you enter the parking facilities adjacent to Taco Bell Arena.

• Parking will be available starting at 6:30pm for $5.00 per space, based on availability in the parking lots located to the south of University Dr and in the Lincoln Avenue Garage.
• The entrance to the Lincoln Avenue Garage is located on the south end of the structure off Belmont St.
• Patrons should enter campus from Beacon St., turning north on Lincoln Ave. and then east on Belmont St.

A free shuttle from the Lincoln Garage will be available, with a pick up location at the Transit Center located on the West Side of the Student Union. The shuttle will drop patrons off at Taco Bell Arena pre-show and will pick patrons up at Taco Bell Arena post show. The shuttle will run for one and a half hour both pre and post show.

Tickets

• Will call tickets will be available at the Arena Box Office starting at 12:00pm (Noon) the day of the show.
• The Taco Bell Arena Box Office is located on the East side of the Arena, just next to Entrance #2 and adjacent to the West Stadium parking lot.
• Parking is available in metered parking spaces, the first 15 minutes of parking is free at the meter.

Entry

Entrance 2 and 3 will be open for the event. An elevator is located inside Entrance 2.

Accessible Information

• Complimentary Assistive Listening Devices are available. Please see any Guest Service staff member to request an Assistive Listening Device.
• Taco Bell Arena is equipped with elevators that access all public areas of the arena. Should you require special assistance in reaching your seat, please see any Guest Service staff member during the event.
• It is highly recommended for guests with accessible needs to pre-purchase parking along with your ticket purchase. Designated parking is available for guests with accessible needs. These spaces are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued accessible placard or license plate. Accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly.
• All restrooms facilities at Taco Bell Arena are accessible.
• Taco Bell Arena Guest Service staff can provide complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs to and from seats when requested. Wheelchair escorts are available at Entrance #2.

Concessions

Food and beverage, including alcohol, will be available for purchase inside the Arena.

• All permanent and portable alcohol and concessions stands accept Visa or MasterCard.
• Alcohol service typically ends one hour before the end of the show. Taco Bell Arena encourages safe, legal and responsible consumption of alcohol.

Merchandise

Merchandise will be available for purchase inside the Arena at the following locations:

• Inside Entrance #2 and, #3.
• All stands will accept Visa, MasterCard or Cash.

Non-permitted Items; failure to comply will subject you to ejection from the building:

Presenter of ticket consents to a reasonable search for prohibited items, which include:

• Video or streaming devices (including the use of cell phones)
• Outside food or drink
• Large bags or backpacks
• Weapons or any implement that could be used as a weapon, laser pens
• Fireworks/pyrotechnics of any kind
