BRONCO WRESTLING MATCH WITH NO. 1 OKLAHOMA STATE CANCELED FOR TUESDAY (Dec. 20) DUE TRAVEL PROBLEMS December 20, 2005 BOISE, Idaho – Boise State University’s home wrestling match against No. 1 ranked Oklahoma State University on Tuesday (Dec. 20) has been canceled due to travel problems for the Cowboy wrestling team. After competing in the Reno Tournament of Champions on Sunday (Dec. 18), the Cowboys were scheduled to travel to Boise on Monday (Dec. 19). But the plane on which they were to travel was canceled coming out of Reno, Nevada. Oklahoma State was able to fly to Phoenix, Arizona on Monday in hopes of making some type of connection, but the Cowboys were unable to find guaranteed seats on a flight which would get the team to Boise in time for the scheduled 7:00 p.m. (MT) match at Taco Bell Arena. Bronco Head Wrestling Coach Greg Randall did say late Monday night that Oklahoma State would try and reschedule the match for hopefully sometime later this wrestling season. The next scheduled home appearance for the Broncos is January 4, 2006 (Wednesday) against the University of Wyoming. By: Max Corbet (12/19/2005) For More Information Contact: Event Information:
