Friday Night Fight III Postponed

Knockout Promotions announces- Friday Night Fight III scheduled for December 2nd 7:00pm is postponed until early February. Due to the unexpected and overwhelming success of the fight series, Knockout has opted to go to a “Three fight per year” annual schedule:
(FIGHT #1) Early February
(FIGHT #2) Middle of May
(FIGHT #3) End of September
Knockout has decided to kickoff this “Three Fight Per Year” series with the return of “The Emmett Eliminator”. Kenny Keene will be coming out of retirement to fight for his 50th win. Kenny will be joined by Kuna’s own Cleveland Corder who will defend his CAM belt.
“The Emmett Eliminator’s” last fight was on January 17 2003 when he defeated Ray Berry in a 10-round split decision. Idaho’s favorite fighter was the IBA World Cruiserweight Champion when he retired in November, 1999.
Cleveland won his last fight on September 30th at Taco Bell Arena in Boise; when he earned a TKO over NBC’s “The Contender’s” Brent “The Disciple” Cooper at 1:30 of the third round on to earn his 33rd professional victory and 19th knockout. The Canadian-Mexican-American Middleweight Champion went on the offensive in the third round with three knockdowns before the bout was stopped by referee Jerry Armstrong.
