ON-SITE MARKETING PROGRAMS
GROUP SALES

Taco Bell Arena’s Group Sales Department has essential contacts with a number of Boise area businesses and civic organizations and is available to promote and sell group tickets to your event. Group sales require a discount off the regular ticket price for groups of 10 or more, or if no discount is available, then the option to pre-sale tickets prior to the public on sale. The Taco Bell Arena Group Sales Department is eager to create an effective and special promotional package for your event. Commissions due to the representative will be determined by the following equation:

Total group sales orders less (-) all local, state and federal taxes will equal (=) commissionable net group sales. Commissionable net group sales times (x) ten percent (10%) equals (=) Group sales commission.

MARQUEE/ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CENTERS
Located outside one of the four main entrances of Taco Bell Arena, the exterior marquee is visible to the largest general parking area for Boise State University students. This enables your event to be previewed in front of a captive audience of 20,000 students.

Four in-house PC-based electronic message centers are visible from any point in the Arena and are capable of displaying text messages, animations, logos and statistics in all four corners of the Arena bowl. JPEG file formats are required to display event graphics. Upcoming event information is displayed during all ticketed events, providing fans with show information.

FIXED BUILDING SIGNAGE
Due to Taco Bell Arena contracts, all fixed advertising signage must be lit when guests enter and exit the Arena, as well as during intermissions. This agreement includes private Arena events. Any changes to this policy would require specific negotiation.
