What are the benefits of coming to a Taco Bell Arena event as a Group?
Savings:
Organizations can save up to 15% off regular ticket prices at select events and in select seating.
Flexibility:
Groups members are able to pick their own seat. Group members can choose to sit with other group members or they can chose to sit in any seat in a discounted area.
Priority Seating:
Group members can purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public on select events.
Extras:
Meet and Greet sessions may be available for groups attending select performances. Call our group sales team to make events more special.
Promotional Materials:
Group leaders can request promotional materials to help advertise select events.
Student Rate:
(Section of clubs) Student groups can attend select events as a group, teachers and escorts are given the same rate.
How does the Group Sales Program operate?
The Taco Bell Arena Group Sales Department sends out an electronic flyer to one primary contact at your organization, who is referred to as a Group Leader. Your Group Leader distributes the flyer to their organization. The flyer includes all of the directions needed for group members to receive a discount. Your Group Leader will not have to do any tracking; they will not be responsible for collecting any funds or distributing any tickets. Individuals in a group simply call the number provided on the flyer and mention a code word included on the flyer, or they can bring the flyer to the Taco Bell Arena Box Office to receive their discount.

Do you require a deposit?
No. Payment is made at the time of purchase and Group Leaders are not required to organize orders.
When can we order?
Anytime! We can arrange an advanced order even before the event is on-sale to the public. Also, there is no deadline for group members to purchase tickets. But remember – the earlier you purchase, the better your seat.
Are there limits on the amount of tickets purchased?
Group members are able to purchase as many tickets as they wish.
Do you charge us any additional fees?
All tickets are charged applicable Select-a-Seat service fees. Tickets purchased in person at the Taco Bell Arena Box Office are subject to the lowest service fee.
