Policies

*PLEASE NOTE* New Security Measures ARE in Place. Please Review, and Plan Accordingly:

  • Walk-through magnetometers will now be mandatory for every event at Taco Bell Arena (with the exception of certain community events)
    • Those who refuse to submit to a walk-through screening will be screened using handheld magnetometers.
  • Backpacks are not permitted
  • Large bags greater than 14”x14”x6” will not be permitted
  • No pocket knives, chains, sharp objects, or any other questionable items that may be used as a weapon
  • Arrive Early to ensure ample screening time

Security
Taco Bell Arena is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees.

To help facilitate this, all patrons entering Taco Bell Arena are subject to search. Taco Bell Arena security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks as deemed necessary including the use of metal detectors, the search of clothing and other items. Prohibited items include anything that can be deemed a threat to public safety by Taco Bell Arena and are not limited to, the following:

  • Bottles, cans, coolers
  • Alcohol of any type
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Laser pointers or weapons of any type
  • Fireworks
  • Air horns, cowbells or noisemakers of any type
  • Controlled substances
  • Backpacks, large bags or packages of any kind (including gifts for performers)
  • Video recorders, audio recorders, or other similar electronic devices
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by Taco Bell Arena security or management
  • Purses and diaper bags are permitted and will be inspected by security
  • Binoculars and cell phones are permitted and subject to security inspection

Alcohol
A Valid I.D. (State I.D., Driver’s License, Military I.D.) is required for purchase of Alcohol. The service limit for events is 2 alcoholic beverages per transaction, per person. Alcohol service cut-off is generally made at the beginning of the main act or at management’s discretion.

Banners / Signs
Banners and signs may not be hung anywhere inside the Arena. Unauthorized signs or banners must be returned to your vehicle.

Camera Policy
No professional audio and/or video equipment is permitted in the Arena.

Disorderly Conduct
Guests who fail to abide by Arena policies, state and federal law are subject to ejection from the facility. Disruptive and problem guests should be reported to an usher or event staff personnel immediately.

First-Aid
Medical assistance is available in the First Aid Room, located in Lobby One near the elevator. Emergency Medical Technicians are scheduled for most events. If you are in need of medical attention please notify a Taco Bell Arena Guest Services Representative. The Taco Bell Arena staff is trained to call for immediate response and assistance in emergency situations.

Readmission
Taco Bell Arena has a no re-entry policy. Guests who leave the Arena during an event will not be permitted to return.

Service Animals
Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests are welcome inside the Arena. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.

Smoking Policy
Taco Bell Arena is a smoke-free facility. For non-university sponsored events, smoking is permitted at the outdoor smoking plaza. Use of e-cigarettes, e-cigars and e-pipes are permitted outdoors on campus, but not inside university structures.

Solicitation/Vending
The Arena does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on the premises.

Ticket Policy
A valid ticket for the event is required for admittance to the Arena. Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admittance. All tickets for Taco Bell Arena events are now available on www.ticketmaster.com. Taco Bell Arena now uses Ticketmaster as their exclusive ticketing partner; tickets for Taco Bell Arena events are no longer available through Boise State Tickets.

Lost and Found
Please report a lost item via email to tacobellarena@boisestate.edu or by phone at (208) 426-1900.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available on all levels of the Arena. There are eighty permanent accessible seats as well as other seats that can be designated accessible on a by-event basis. Accessible floor seating may also be available, depending on the event. Tickets for accessible seating are available through the Taco Bell Arena Box Office at (208) 426-1766. Prior to placing your ticket order, please advise the ticket representative if you require special seating accommodations.

Accessible seating is limited. A request for accessible seating does not guarantee an accessible seat, but we will make every effort to accommodate your requests. We reserve the right to limit the number of companion seats. The number of canine companions may not exceed the number of accessible seats purchased. You are bound by the ticket purchase limitations as other ticket purchasers.

The Arena reserves the right to address fraudulent purchases or requests for accessible seats to the extent provided by law. ADA ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation or revocation of tickets, ejection or forfeiture of payment on your seats.

Accessible Parking

Accessible loading/unloading areas are located outside Entrance One and Entrance Two.

Accessible Service

Elevator access is available on all levels of the Arena. Elevators are located inside Lobby One and Lobby Two, at the northeast and southeast corners of the building.

A Patron Services Supervisor is available to address the concerns of guests with special needs visiting the Arena. In addition, an usher specialist will be available to assist any patron with mobility or seating issues.
