Tickets
All tickets for the Outlaw Field Summer Concert Series are now exclusively sold through the Taco Bell Arena Box Office and online through ticketmaster.com.
You may choose to print your own ticket with the Ticketfast e-ticket option. If you selected one of those options and cannot seem to access your tickets, please call the Taco Bell Arena Box Office at (208) 426-1766; the attendants will be happy to walk you through any issue!

Ticket Will Call

On-site Will Call opens at varying times based on the size of the event, and quantity of Will Call tickets on hand. Typically, for an event with door opening at 6:30pm Will Call will (as well as any on-site ticket sales) will be available as of 2pm.

The Idaho Botanical Garden offers a limited number of reserved premium locations to enjoy the Outlaw Field Summer Concert Series. Your group will not have to worry about early arrival to secure some of the best seats in the Garden. Members can purchase Garden Suite seating during the member presale and anyone can purchase any remaining Suite seats once the show goes on sale to the public.

Garden Suite Area Seating can only be purchased through the Taco Bell Arena Box Office
Office Hours Monday to Friday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Only Taco Bell Arena Box Office staff can sell Garden Suite tickets at the Arena Box Office or by phone at (208) 426-1766. Ticketmaster cannot sell Garden Suite tickets and Suite tickets are not available for purchase online. Garden Suite tables and Suite Canopy reservations need to be made in advance and cannot be purchased day-of concert or at the door If you have any troubles with your purchase, please call CMoore Concerts at 208-514-2082 for assistance.
Outlaw Field Garden Suite Seating Ticket Refund Policy
If the concert is canceled and not rescheduled, you will be issued a full refund. If the concert is rescheduled, your Garden Suite Table or Suite Canopy purchase will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
Parking & Transporation
Parking is free but limited. Parking staff will direct you to available spots. We encourage you to bike, carpool, or take public transportation. Shuttle information below.

Accessible Parking

Parking Staff will direct concertgoers with vehicles displaying an ADA license plate or placard to the ADA parking areas (limited availability). Guests with accessible needs can also be dropped off close to the Outlaw Field entrance near the Idaho Botanical Garden Administration building.

Shuttle
-
Parking is limited. Guests are encouraged to use the free shuttle service from Downtown Boise. Shuttles will pick up guests at the loading area in front of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro (circled below) in BoDo, pickup times vary based on the start time of the event; please double check the Shuttle informaiton with the Botanical Garden prior to a specific event. The shuttles will begin returning guests at a specified time towards the end of the show.
- An ADA accessible shuttle is available to and from BODO, operating from 1.5 hours prior to show start until immediately after show end

Bike

We encourage guests to go green & ride their bikes to the event! A series of bike corrals will be available on-site, behind the Administration building. Please be mindful of pedestrians and vehicles when riding up Old Penitentury Lane to access bike parking.
Guests with Accessible Needs
Concerts are presented on a grass park like setting. All guests are welcome to bring either a blanket to sit on, or a low back chair (8” max from the ground to the seat bottom, and 30” max to the top of the chair in highest position). However, a designated area offering a limited number of spaces is held in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) to accommodate guests with mobility impairment disabilities and their companions. This space is designed to accommodate guests with accessible needs, up to three companions per accessible needs guest, and companions’ low-back chairs.

Information For Guests With Accessible Needs

We encourage all guests with special needs to contact the Taco Bell Arena Box Office at (208) 426-1766, and every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate the need. As accommodations are limited, we can better serve those who assist us with advance coordination. Once on site, should you require any assistance or have any questions, look for our guest service personnel or Garden volunteer– they are there to help you!
After the Idaho Botanical Garden member line opens, concertgoers with mobility impairment disabilities and up to three companions may enter through the member gate. Please see guest service personnel for early access, or if you need assistance through the grass terrain.
Parking Staff will direct concertgoers with vehicles displaying an ADA license plate or placard to the ADA parking areas (limited availability). Guests with accessible needs can also be dropped off close to the Outlaw Field entrance near the Idaho Botanical Garden Administration building. Please look for the directional signage to guide you. A golf cart will be available for transport for those needing assistance to and from the Idaho Botanical Garden parking lots and Outlaw Field entrance points. Golf cart transport will also be available immediately following the end of the concerts.
An ADA accessible shuttle is available to and from BODO, operating from 1.5 hours prior to show start until immediately after show end.
A limited quantity of Assisted Listening Devices will be available for checkout, please see a guest services staff or IBG volunteer for assistance.

Small personal cameras will be permitted. No professional cameras with detachable lenses, video or audio recorders will be allowed in the venue.
- At some shows, no photography will be allowed.

Weather

All concerts are held rain or shine. Be prepared for extremes such as heat, wind, or rain. Dress accordingly, as the temperature may drop noticeably after sunset. No umbrellas, please.

Smoking

To protect our collections and concertgoers, the Idaho Botanical Garden is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Thank you for your cooperation.

Food

*ONLY SOFT-SIDED COOLERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE GATES*
Food and beverages will be available for sale. Factory sealed water is allowed and/or an empty water bottle that can be refilled at the IBG water station. Patrons are welcome to bring in soft-sided coolers and/or picnics with food and sealed non-alcoholic beverages no larger than 30 quarts nor exceeding 18"L x14"w x 17"d. No alcohol, knives, or glass containers may be brought inside. On-site cooking or barbecues are not allowed. Please pack out whatever you bring into the venue.
- Everyone of age who plans on having an alcoholic beverage must bring a photo ID to receive a wristband. Wristbands will be distributed at all alcohol stands.
- All food vendors accept VISA, Mastercard & cash
- Alcoholic beverage tokens are available for purchase with cash only
- Alcohol service typically ends a half hour before the end of show. The Idaho Botanical Garden encourages safe, legal and responsible consumption of alcohol.

No Re-Entry

Once you have entered through the gate, you may not exit and re-enter. You are welcome to bring food, blankets, low-rise chairs, etc. into the venue with you. Be prepared for weather extremes such as heat, wind, or rain. Bring a jacket, as the temperature may drop noticeably after sunset.
