The Pavilion is a 13,000 seat multi-purpose arena hosting major concerts, performance events, sporting events, family shows, circuses, ice shows, conventions, conferences and trade shows.
The Pavilion serves a captive audience of nearly 20,000 students attending Boise State University, as well as the 550,000 people living in the greater Treasure Valley.

With over 20 years in the business, the Pavilion is renown for its versatility, truly exceptional customer service, outstanding acoustics and clear sight lines. We take great pride in the high level of service we provide our customers and patrons.
ARENA FEATURES:
With our moveable curtain system, the Pavilion can comfortably accommodate an intimate theater or expand to a 360 degree sold out house of 13,000. For tradeshows, we offer 17,000 square feet of exhibition space in the main arena, and over 10,000 sq. ft. in the adjoining auxiliary gymnasium. For smaller gatherings or receptions, simply move into either of our two meeting rooms, which can be accessed without stepping outside.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From interstate 84: take the Broadway Ave exit #54, proceed north on Broadway Avenue. Turn left on University Drive (in front of Bronco Stadium). Turn right onto Bronco Circle. Turn right into the Pavilion parking lot.
PARKING:
The Pavilion is located on the east end of the Boise State University Campus and shares a large parking lot with Bronco Stadium, where 1,500 spaces are available. Two parking garages plus many additional lots are located on campus, providing a total of 5,000 available parking spaces. The free Boise State campus shuttle service makes the Pavilion a quick ride from any parking lot on campus. Accessible parking is available near the Pavilion, as well as throughout campus.
The Pavilion Box Office is located on the south side of the Pavilion and is open Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 4:30 pm. On the day of an event the Box Office is generally open extended hours. Tickets can be purchased in person, or by calling 208.426.1766.
Select-A-Seat is the Pavilion’s exclusive ticketing system. The system will select the best possible seat in the purchaser’s preferred area based on availability. Each ticket purchased through Select-A-Seat is subject to a service charge, and all sales are final. Tickets may also be purchased on-line with a Visa or Master card at

The Pavilion Group Sales program is eager to create an effective and special promotional package for your company or group. The Pavilion offers a variety of seating plans to ensure the best configuration for the particular event. Individual theater seats provide maximum patron comfort, and with a stacked house design, every seat is a great seat, less than 175′ from the stage.

PUBLIC DOORS:
Doors to the public generally open one-hour before the event start time. (This may differ depending on special event circumstances). Please check the event ticket for the specific door opening time. Patrons are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance start time to avoid entrance delays.
PATRON SERVICES:
The Pavilion strives to maintain a professional and friendly staff and is proud to supply top-quality service to our patrons. The Pavilion Patron Services staff includes event managers, ushers, ticket takers, security and EMTs. Patrons are encouraged to contact any of our Patron Services staff with questions or concerns.
ELEVATOR:
An elevator providing access to all seating levels is located inside Lobby 1, at the northeast corner of the building. Another full service elevator near Lobby 2 is to be installed and in service by Fall of 2003.
RESTROOMS:
Restrooms are conveniently located in all four Lobbies, as well as the north and south sides of the First Floor/Parquet level and Second Floor/Mezzanine level. Specially equipped baby changing stations are located near the Men’s and Women’s restrooms on the south side of the First Floor/Parquet level and the north side of the Second Floor/Mezzanine level. All restrooms are equipped for patrons with accessible needs.
PHONES:
Public pay phones are available in each of the four Lobbies at ground level, as well as adjacent to Sections 3 and 15 on the First Floor/Parquet level.
ATM:
An ATM machine is permanently located on the First Floor/Parquet level near Section 9.
ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION:
Seating
All seating configurations include wheelchair accessible seating spaces on the First Floor/Parquet level and Second Floor/Mezzanine level. There are eighty permanently located accessible seats; additional accessible seats may be designated, depending on the event. Tickets for accessible seats are only sold through the Pavilion Box Office.
Accessible Parking
Accessible loading/unloading areas are located outside Entrance 1 and Entrance 2. Permanent accessible parking spaces are also available near the Pavilion Entrance, 1 & 2.
Service
A Patron Services Supervisor is available to address the concerns of guests visiting the Pavilion. In addition, an usher specialist is available to assist any patron with mobility or seating issues. Waited food and beverage service is available to patrons in accessible seating on the Floor and First Floor/Parquet Level for many events.
A variety of food and beverage options are available at twelve permanent food and beverage concessions stands located on the First Floor/Parquet level and Second Floor/Mezzanine level. Waited food and beverage service is available to patrons seated on the Floor and First Floor/Parquet Level for many events. CATERING:
Food and beverage services at the Pavilion are part of an exclusive campus food service contract currently held by Aramark. Several rooms are available for VIP parties, show catering and sponsored receptions. Upon request, Aramark can provide a catering menu by calling 208.426.3890.
ALCOHOL:
The Pavilion has the ability to serve adult beverages based on the type of event. Alcohol will not be served at Bronco Athletic events. The purchaser will be required to show a valid I.D. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken outside the building. Boise State University and the Pavilion require that all employees serving adult beverages be certified in the “TIPS” program for education and information on the responsible use of alcohol. The Pavilion cooperates with state and local liquor authorities to ensure the enforcement of laws pertinent to adult beverage service.
SECURITY & SEARCHING:
To enhance a safe and secure environment, all patrons entering the Pavilion are subject to search. These searches may range from a visual check to an electronic scan. Patrons with items found to be inappropriate will be asked to return these items to their vehicle prior to entry. Inappropriate items include, but are not limited to, the following:

Backpacks or Bags
Purses & diaper bags are subject to search
All illegal items are turned over to local law enforcement.
Smoking – the Pavilion is a smoke free facility. Smoking is permitted at the outdoor smoking plaza.
Cameras – personal (non-professional) cameras may be allowed on an event-by-event basis. No flash photography.
Food & Drink – outside food and drink is not allowed.
Alcoholic Beverages – alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the facility.
Controlled Substances – patrons appearing to be under the influence of, or in the possession of any controlled substance will not be allowed entry.
Children/Youth – youth 12 years and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Every person regardless of age must have a ticket for admittance.
Weapons – laser pointers, knives, and any item that could be deemed as a weapon, are not allowed.
Parcels – – backpacks, purses, large bags, and diaper bags are subject to search and may be denied entry.
Inappropriate Behavior – patrons exhibiting behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may be denied access, or ejected from the facility.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION:
The Pavilion maintains a strict and effective emergency evacuation procedure for many situations, includint: severe weather, bomb threats, fire, etc. The Pavilion Administrative Staff will make an announcement if there is a need for an evacuation.
Patron Staff will assist any children, physically challenged, elderly or ill-equipped people out of the building during such an event.
Individuals seated in the Level Three/Balcony & Level Two/Mezzanine will be directed to the safest stairwell and then to an exit. Finally, patrons seated in the Level One/Parquet will be directed downward to the arena floor and then to an exit.
All doors will be opened and any obstructions will be moved to ease the flow of traffic for a safe and evacuation.
FIRST AID:
Medical assistance is available in the First Aid room, located in Lobby 1 near the elevator. Two Emergency Medical Technicians are scheduled for most public events. All permanent Pavilion staff and Lobby Captain’s are certified in First Aid and AED (Automated External Defibrillator). Two AED’s are available in public areas.
