Before the show, come down to Entrance 4 for FOOD, MUSIC and BEVERAGES! Backyard at the Bell will open starting at 5:30pm, and early entry will be granted through this area into the facility before public doors.

PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE TIME TO ACCESS THE PARKING AREAS.
There is a substantial amount of construction being done surrounding the Boise State campus due to the Broadway Bridge replacement. For the quickest access to campus, enter through Vista or Boise Avenue onto Beacon St. headed East, OR down Vista Ave to Protest Hill to Beacon.

To ensure that you get to campus quickly and easily, please review our updated map indicating suggested routes to access campus. When you are preparing to leave the house, don’t forget to plug our address into Google Maps for an up-to-date estimate on your travel time!

Driving Directions from Interstate 84 to Boise State University
Westbound (ie. From Twin Falls): Take Broadway Ave. – Exit #54, proceed North on Broadway Ave. Turn West on University Dr. for arena/stadium lots OR turn West on Beacon St. then turn North on Lincoln Ave. for the Lincoln Parking Garage.

Eastbound (ie. From Meridian): Take Vista Ave. Exit #53, proceed North on Vista Ave. Turn East on University Dr.

 

Driving Directions form I-184 the Connector to Boise State University
Option 1: Take I-184 the Connector to City Center, which becomes Myrtle St., continue east on Myrtle St. Turn South on Broadway Avenue, turn West on University Drive for stadium lot parking.

Option 2: Take I-184 the Connector to City Center which becomes Myrtle St., continue east on Myrtle St. Turn South on 9th St. Turn East on University Dr.

   

Parking

Taco Bell Arena encourages patrons to allow at least 45 minutes to park and access Taco Bell Arena. Parking for this event is $10.

  • Parking will be available starting at 5:00pm for $10.00 (cash) per space, based on availability in the parking lots located around Taco Bell Arena and in Lincoln Garage.

 

Accessible Parking Information:
Designated parking is available for guests with accessible needs. Accessible parking will be available in the Arena Lot located on the corner of University Dr. and Bronco Circle for $10.00 while supplies last.

Additional accessible parking will also be available in the Lincoln Garage off of Belmont Street and Lincoln for $10. These spaces are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued accessible placard or license plate.

A free event shuttle that will accommodate patrons with accessible needs will be available to Taco Bell Arena from Lincoln Garage. Accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly.

 

Arena Accessibility Information:
Taco Bell Arena is equipped with an elevator at Entrances 1 and 2 that accesses all public areas of the arena. Should you require a wheelchair escort or other special assistance in reaching your seat, please see any Guest Service staff member. There is also an ADA entrance lane at each open entrance; this lane is on the right-hand side of the identified lanes.

Complimentary Assisted Listening Devices are available. Please see any Guest Service staff member to request a device.

All restrooms facilities at Taco Bell Arena are equipped to accommodate guests with accessible needs.

 

Tickets
Will Call tickets for the show will be available starting at 10:00am day-of-show, July 20th. Regular Box Office hours are M-F 10am-5pm.

  • The Taco Bell Arena Box Office is located on the East side of the Arena, just next to Entrance 2 and adjacent to the West Stadium parking lot.

 

Entry
Entrances 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be open for the show. Elevators are located inside entrances 1 and 2.

 

Photo Policy
Small personal cameras will be permitted. No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses, video or audio recorders will be allowed inside the Arena.


Concessions
Food and beverage will be available for purchase inside the Arena.

  • Everyone who is in possession of an alcoholic beverage must have a wristband. Wristbands will be distributed at all alcohol stands.
  • All permanent and portable alcohol and concessions stands accept Visa, or MasterCard and cash.
  • Alcohol service typically ends a half hour before the end of the show. Taco Bell Arena encourages safe, legal and responsible consumption of alcohol.

 

Taxi Service
Taxis will be available on a first come, first serve basis at the conclusion of most events. The taxi drop-off and pick-up zone at Taco Bell Arena is located along Bronco Circle. Lost Children
To ensure the safety of your children, we offer our Safe Program. You can get a SAFE wristband from any usher or security staff, and put your parent/guardian information on that wristband. In the event your child is lost and not identified with a SAFE wristband, please contact our Command Post at (208) 426-3427 and provide the following information:

– Your name and contact information

– The child or persons name, age and description

– Area the child or person was last seen

 

Crowd Surfing & Moshing Policy
Due to the potential for serious injuries, moshing and surfing are discouraged. Please be safe and courteous to others.

 

Hearing Protection
Upon request, complimentary earplugs are available from all Guest Services Staff and the Guest Services location in sections 39 and 40 on Level 2 Mezzanine upon request. 

 

Recycling
Taco Bell Arena continually strives to improve their commitment to the protection of the environment and enhancing the patron experience. Taco Bell Arena has trash and recycling bins throughout the concourses. Acceptable recycling items: empty plastic bottles, empty plastic cups, paper candy boxes, aluminum cans, and clean paper. Everything else should be put into the trash bin. Please help Taco Bell Arena by recycling the acceptable items in a recycling bin near you!

 

Non-permitted Items; failure to comply will subject you to ejection from the building
All guests entering the arena are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Taco Bell Arena security personnel. Prohibited items include anything that can be deemed a threat to public safety by Taco Bell Arena and include but are not limited to:

  • Video recording or streaming devices
  • Outside food or drink
  • Large bags or backpacks
  • Weapons of any kid including chains, spikes, collars, some jewelry or any implement that could be used as a weapon
  • Fireworks/pyrotechnics of any kind
  • Laser pointers, glow sticks, selfie sticks, or flash bulbs
