From I-184 the Connector: Take I-184 the Connector to City Center which becomes Myrtle St, head east on Myrtle St. Turn South on Broadway Avenue, turn West on University Drive for stadium lot parking. Take I-184 the Connector to City Center which becomes Myrtle St, head east on Myrtle St. Turn South on 9th St., turn East on University Dr.

 

Parking
Click Here for the Patron Parking Map, which identifies which lots will be open for the event. Click Here for an interactive Boise State University campus map. Taco Bell Arena encourages patrons to allow at least 45 minutes to park and access Taco Bell Arena.

 

I-84 Construction at Broadway Ave. Interchange
Construction has begun on the Broadway Interchange Replacement Project. One lane of I-84 in each direction will be closed from 8:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. near the Broadway Ave. Interchange. Taco Bell Arena encourages patrons to utilize alternative routes when leaving Taco Bell Arena after the event. More information on the construction project can be found by Clicking Here.

Patrons who pre-purchase reserved parking should show the parking attendant your reserved event parking pass and then display prominently on the driver’s side dash.

  • Patrons who have purchased West and East Stadium reserved event parking passes should enter campus from Broadway Ave. turn West on University Dr.

Patrons may also enter campus from University Dr. and Capitol Blvd. to avoid event traffic on Broadway and park in Lincoln Garage with Free Shuttle to Taco Bell Arena

For patrons who did not pre-purchase parking. A parking fee will be collected as you enter the parking facilities adjacent to Taco Bell Arena.

  • Event parking will be available in the East Stadium lot for $5.00 per space and the Lincoln Garage for $5.00. Patrons should enter campus from Broadway Ave. turn west on University Dr.

 

Accessible Parking Information:
Designated parking is available for guests with accessible needs. Accessible parking will be available in the West Stadium Lot located on the corner of University Dr. and Bronco Circle for $10.00 while supplies last.

Additional accessible parking will be available in the East Stadium Lot located on the corner of University Dr. and Grant Ave. for $5.00 as well as overflow in the Lincoln Garage off of Belmont Street and Lincoln. These spaces are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued accessible placard or license plate.

A free event shuttle that will accommodate patrons with accessible needs will be available to Taco Bell Arena. Accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly.

 

Arena Accessibility Information:
Taco Bell Arena is equipped with an elevator at Entrance 1 and 2 that access all public areas of the arena. Should you require a wheelchair escort or other special assistance in reaching your seat, please see any Guest Service staff member.

Complimentary Assistive Listening Devices are available. Please see any Guest Service staff member to request a device.

All restrooms facilities at Taco Bell Arena are equipped to accommodate guests with accessible needs.

 

Tickets
Will call tickets will be available at the Arena Box Office starting at 12:00pm (Noon) the day of the show.

  • The Taco Bell Arena Box Office is located on the East side of the Arena, just next to Entrance #2 and adjacent to the West Stadium parking lot.

 

Entry
Entrance 2 and 3 will be open for the show. Floor access will be through Entrance 3. An elevator is located inside Entrance 2.

 

Crowd Surfing & Moshing
Due to the potential for serious injuries, moshing and surfing are discouraged. Please be safe and courteous to others.

 

Special Effects
Please be advised the show uses theatrical strobe lighting effects, lasers and theatrical fog in the presentation of their live performance.

 

New Expanded Restrooms
Expanded and additional Men’s Women’s restrooms can be found in Lobby #4 and on the Mezzanine behind section 39 and 40.

 

Concessions
Food and beverage, including alcohol, will be available for purchase inside the Arena.

  • Everyone who is in possession of an alcoholic beverage must have a wristband, Wristbands will be distributed at all alcohol stands
  • All permanent and portable alcohol and concessions stands accept Visa or MasterCard and cash.
  • Alcohol service typically ends one hour before the end of the show. Taco Bell Arena encourages safe, legal and responsible consumption of alcohol.

Taxi Service
Taxis will be available on a first come, first serve basis at the conclusion of most events. The taxi drop-off and pick-up zone at Taco Bell Arena is located along Bronco Circle. Photo Policy
Small personal cameras will be permitted. No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses, video or audio recorders will be allowed inside the Arena.

 

 

Cell Phone Etiquette
Please put all cell phones on silent and refrain from cell phone use that causes the display screen to light up. As a courtesy for those around you, please exit to a lobby to use your phone.

 

Hearing Protection
Complimentary earplugs are available from all Guest Services Staff and Guest Services location in sections 6 and 7 on Level 1 Parquet and sections 39 and 40 on Level 2 Mezzanine upon request.

 

Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for purchase inside the Arena; all stands will accept Visa, MasterCard or Cash.

 

Recycling
Taco Bell Arena strives to improve their commitment to the protection of the environment and enhancing the patron experience. To make the decision to recycle easier, Taco Bell Arena has trash and recycling bins throughout the concourses. Acceptable recycling items are: empty plastic bottles, empty plastic cups, paper candy boxes, aluminum cans, and clean paper. Everything else should be put into the trash bin. Please help Taco Bell Arena by recycling the acceptable items in a recycling bin near you!

 

Non-permitted Items; failure to comply will subject you to ejection from the building
All guests entering the arena are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Taco Bell Arena security personnel. Prohibited items include anything that can be deemed a threat to public safety by Taco Bell Arena and are not limited to, the following

  • Video recording or streaming devices
  • Outside food or drink
  • Large bags or backpacks
  • Weapons of any kid including chains, spikes, collars, some jewelry or any implement that could be used as a weapon
  • Fireworks/pyrotechnics of any kind
  • No laser pointers, glow sticks or flash bulbs
