LOCATION
Our central location between major markets (Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas) and in the heart of the state capital makes Taco Bell Arena the perfect venue to host national events and major concert tours. The city of Boise provides an accessible location for residents from Idaho, Eastern Oregon and Northern Nevada to experience the best in entertainment and cultural events.

Taco Bell Arena is located within five miles of the Boise Airport, Idaho’s largest airport, which is serviced by twelve national and regional airlines. There are approximately 4,000 seats into Boise each day with direct flights to many airline hubs such as Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Francisco and Seattle.

PARKING
Taco Bell Arena is located on the east end of the Boise State University campus and shares a large parking lot with Bronco Stadium, where 1,500 spaces are available. Two parking garages plus many additional lots are located on campus, providing a total of 5,560 available parking spaces. The free campus shuttle service makes Taco Bell Arena a quick ride from any parking lot on campus. Accessible parking is available near Taco Bell Arena as well as throughout campus.

DOORS OPEN
Doors to the public generally open one hour before event start time (this may differ depending on special event circumstances).

CONCESSIONS
A variety of food and beverage options are available at twelve permanent food and beverage concession stands located in each corner of the building on Level One and Level Two. You’ll find all of the standard items you’ve come to love, as well as specialty items to satisfy your cravings such as:

• Hot and cold specialty sandwiches
• Hamburger, chicken, french fries, etc.
• Papa John’s Pizza
• Pretzel Time specialty pretzels
• Moxie Java espresso beverages

Portable concession stands are available as needed. Waited food and beverage service can be made available to patrons seated in the Level One.

ALCOHOL
Taco Bell Arena has the ability to serve adult beverages based on the type of event. Alcohol may be purchased at dedicated stands during specific entertainment events. Purchasers will be required to show valid I.D. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken outside the building. Taco Bell Arena Management will determine if the event meets criteria set forth by the State Board of Education for the sale of alcohol. Promoter requests to not serve adult beverages are always honored.

CATERING
Aramark can meet all your catering needs with a wide variety of food and beverage options, whether it be high quality backstage or dressing room catering. Several rooms are available for VIP parties, show catering and sponsored receptions. Upon request, Aramark will provide a catering menu or you can customize your meals from load-in through load-out. Food can also be provided to go on the road.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are conveniently located in all four Lobbies, as well as the north and south sides of Level One and Level Two for a total of 8 Men’s and Women’s public restrooms. Specially equipped baby changing stations are located near the Men’s and Women’s restrooms on the south side of Level One and the north side of Level Two. All restrooms are accessible to the disabled. Floor patrons may access restrooms in the lobbies.

PUBLIC PHONES
Public pay phones are available in each of the four lobbies at ground level, as well as adjacent to Sections 3 and 15 on Level One.

ELEVATORS
Elevators are located inside Lobby One and Lobby Two, at the northeast and southeast corners of the building. Elevator access is available for Level One, Level Two, and Level Three seating areas.

ATM MACHINE
A permanent ATM machine is located on Level One near Section 9. A second portable ATM is generally located in a main Lobby depending on the event set up.

FIRST AID
Medical assistance is available in the First Aid Room, located in Lobby One near the elevator. Emergency Medical Technicians are scheduled for most events. All permanent Taco Bell Arena staff are certified in First Aid and AED. Two AED’s are available in public areas.

PATRON SERVICES
Taco Bell Arena Management will determine staffing for all events. Certain events may require additional personnel. We emphasize the importance of providing great customer service. Taco Bell Arena Patron Services Staff includes:

• Event Managers
• Patron Services Supervisor
• Ushers
• Ticket Takers
• Disability Specialists
• Event Managers
• EMT’s
• Parking & Traffic Control

SECURITY
Taco Bell Arena offers four levels of event security specifically tailored for each event.

• T-shirts/Peer security
• Uniformed security
• Crowd management
• Police

SEARCHING
To provide a safe and secure environment, all patrons entering Taco Bell Arena are subject to search. Searches may range from a visual check to an electronic scan. Items found to be inappropriate by Arena Management are either tagged or confiscated. Inappropriate items include, but are not limited to, the following:

Illegal items are turned over to local law enforcement. The patron always has the option of returning the item to a vehicle.

POLICIES

• Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages may not be carried into or removed from the facility.
• Cameras/Video Cameras: Cameras and video cameras may be allowed on an event-by-event basis based on Promoter request.
• Children/Youth: Youth 12 years and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admittance.
• Controlled Substances: Patrons appearing to be under the influence of, or in the possession of any controlled substance, will not be allowed entry.
• Fire Safety: Taco Bell Arena adheres to all fire and life safety codes. Fire safety equipment may will not be blocked or removed. Exits, aisles, and fire lanes cannot be blocked at anytime. Fire codes require a six foot minimum aisle way inside the building at all times.
• Food and Drink: Outside food and drink is not allowed.
• Parcels: Backpacks, purses, large bags, and diaper bags are subject to search.
• Re-Admittance: Once patrons exit the building they may not re-enter.
• Smoking: Taco Bell Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted at the outdoor smoking plaza.
• Weapons: Laser pointers, knives, and any items that could be deemed as weapons, are not allowed.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING
All seating configurations include a sufficient number of accessible seating spaces to meet ADA standards. Accessible seating is available on Level One and Level Two. There are eighty permanently located accessible seats in Taco Bell Arena, as well as other seats that can be designated as accessible. Floor seating may also be available, depending on the event. Tickets for accessible seats are sold through the Taco Bell Arena Box Office.

ACCESSIBLE SERVICE
A Patron Services Supervisor is available to address the concerns of guests with special needs visiting the Arena. In addition, an usher specialist will be available to assist any patron with mobility or seating issues.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible loading/unloading areas are located outside Entrance One and Entrance Two.
